Power of Prayer

We took a break in our normal schedule, right after lunch, to pray for Dale Myers, having brain surgery today. It is important and powerful to share these moments with the kids, to let them know we value the power of prayer and that they are as much a part of the Church as we adults are. To let them know they pray to the same God we do, who is no less powerful to answer their prayer than mine. The power of prayer lies in the God who hears it, not the capability of the man, woman, or child who offers it.
